What makes a COOP successful? For starters, it’s understanding what our members want - our collective vision and goals for the organization. It’s also consistent tracking of our business finances, and consensus upon our path forward.  In this spirit we are hosting an all hands mid-year strategy session to delve deeper into these issues and come up with actionable next steps.
